What is the warranty period?
Two years.

I purchased my DewBuster™ controller with a friend to obtain the discount. How does this affect the warranty?
You each have full warranty but you should E-mail me with your name, address, and serial number so that I can transfer the warranty into your name.

I purchased my DewBuster™ controller used, is the warranty transferable?
No, but if your DewBuster™ controller fails the repair is done at a very reasonable flat rate fee (see below).

Can the DewBuster™ controller be repaired if it breaks?
Yes, the DewBuster™ controller is repairable. Parts obsolescence should not be a problem due to the use of industrial components with very long manufacturing life-spans.

How much does it cost to repair a DewBuster™ controller after the warranty expires?
Post warranty repairs are done at a very reasonable flat rate fee. E-mail me for the current price.
